Condo was very quiet, clean and well supplied with all the basic essentials. It was cozy and warm for our Christmas holiday stay. We were pleasantly surprised by the little electric fireplace. Loved the proximity to walk to the beach, courts and resort’s convention center with a good pizza / bar. We were fortunate to catch a wonderful musical performance at the Arts Center of Coastal Carolina. We very much enjoyed our Hilton Head stay.

Had a great weekend stay at Rita and Greg’s. I have stayed at numerous AirBnBs at this resort and this was by far my favorite. While many of the units are laid out exactly the same, the things that stood out for this unit were how clean it was and the nice little touches of starter toiletries and kitchen items. Some units only have 2 or 4 beach chairs. Their beach closet had everything you could possibly need and more. Lastly, Rita and Greg’s check in and check out instructions were simple and easy and they were so kind. Highly recommend!

Beautiful and extremely clean! This condo had everything we needed for a beach vacation, including chairs & umbrellas. Even had beach towels that we didn’t use because we brought our own. We enjoyed the local restaurants for dinner a few nights but enjoyed dining in as well. The kitchen is fully stocked with whatever you may need to cook. We enjoyed coffee on the balcony each morning. Beds were very comfortable, especially the pillows. My daughter really enjoyed the dove soap, shampoo and conditioner that were in cute little bags in the bathroom. Perfect little touch when you usually see the generic soap and hair products. With TV’s in the bedrooms, it helped when the kids wanted to watch something at night while adults were in the living room. The stay was perfect. When I did have a question the hosts were quick to respond.

We really enjoyed the condo. It was clean and spacious. Great view from the balcony, easy walk to the beach. We enjoyed the restaurants and pool at the resort and the easy beach access. We had a problem with wasps and security/maintenance came out and took care of it quickly. Everyone was polite and helpful. We had a wonderful time. WiFi can be very spotty and the ceilings are thin so noise from above became a difficulty at night. Overall we had a great time.

Rita and Greg were exceptional hosts. The condo is immaculate and beautifully furnished. The beds and pillows were so comfortable. They have everything you could possibly need for a wonderful beach vacation. The collapsible wagon was so helpful hauling beach gear to and from the beach. It’s a quick 5 minute walk to the beach and pool. The beach was great and the pool was a good size with lots of seating. We absolutely loved our stay and will be back!!

For families traveling with young kids-perfect choice. Rita and Greg’s place has basically everything you need for a beach or pool day-even an infant inflatable which we appreciated! My toddler loved the sand toys and the wagon was super helpful for lugging everything we needed. It is about a 5 minute (adult) walk to the beach/pool. More like 15 with a meandering toddler but we were able to drive over closer to the pool area during the week when it was less crowded. Basically outside the building steps is a nice playground my son loved, with lots of shade for hot afternoons. Resort itself is great, kiddie pool is 18 inches and warm. Large pool is very large and ranges from 3 feet up. Right next to it is a bar/ocean cream stand and steps away a HUGE white sand beach. There were tons of other kids around also which I appreciated. Lastly the porch was fantastic for an afternoon cocktail while the kids napped. We truly enjoyed our week here and will absolutely be back.

We used beach chairs and beach wagon that was furnished by host, which worked out great for our group. Kitchen had all the necessities and bathroom was stocked with mini toiletries, as well. Fairly short walk to the beach, about a “football fields” walk. Great experience overall.

We had the best week at Rita and Greg’s place. The hosts communication was exceptional and super friendly even before we booked. The condo was super easy to access and the walk to the beach and pool was really just a 5 minute straight shot which was very important to us with a toddler. They provided almost everything we needed for our stay and the place was super clean. The beach equipment and beach towels were a huge plus as we flew in and couldn’t have brought those things with us. From the second we walked in it felt like we were at home, the beds and couches were very comfortable and the decor was very cozy, there were no old or odd smells which I am very particular about. We would absolutely stay here again and you should too!

The condo has several pickleball courts, swimming pool, pool side bar, restaurant and easy access to the beach. Overall we had a good time and the condo exceeded our expectations."
