Hilton Head Island Beach and Tennis Resort is located directly on beautiful Folly Field Beach. The resort spans 55 acres of oceanfront property. You are only steps from the world famous Hilton Head Island beach. Voted one of the world's best beach destinations you won't have to worry about traffic or parking once you arrive at Beach and Tennis. Just step outside your villa and smell the salt air. Hilton Head Island beach is blessed by constant tidal movement which ensures our beach is always clean and uncluttered with sea grass and you'll never see man-made clutter or trash. The vast beach at low tide is a beach combers dream, especially at sunrise or sunset.

Please note: The fitness center is located at the Pro Shop near tennis court #1. It is open every day from 6 am to 10 pm. Electronic cards for usage of the fitness center are available for guests at the Convention Center front desk for a refundable security deposit of $20.00.
Also, the 6 lighted hard surface tennis courts and the 12 hard surface pickle ball courts are free for guests to use. All off-premises players will be charged an hourly fee. Signing up at the Pro Shop is required. Some tennis and pickleball equipment can be checked out at the Pro Shop. Make sure you bring your ID to sign these items out.
Also, Hilton Head Island Beach and Tennis Resort charges $35 per car for the duration of your stay. We will gladly pay for the first car, but any additional cars will be billed to you through your booking platform.
